On the issue of grammar
Ok, I never grouse about other peoples grammar, seeing as my own is abysmal, but if I see one more “s/he walked passed” I’ll explode.
Passed is a lexical verb that indicates an action of going by/bypassing/leaving something behind. You cannot form a sentence with two lexical verbs in it.
The proper word to use is the adverb past; in the meaning of going near something or someone on your way further, or in simpler terms beyond something/someone.
